WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
JANUARY 6, 2009 – The following two news stories are about this evening’s Israeli shelling of a UN run-school located in Gaza and how in just 70 words the BBC, using only outside information sources, helps to ferment hate by not telling the complete story.
As reported by the BBC:
Strike at Gaza school ‘kills 30’
At least 30 people were killed and 55 injured when Israeli artillery shells landed outside a United Nations-run school in Gaza, UN officials have said.
A number of children were among those who died when the al-Fakhura school in the Jabaliya refugee camp was hit, doctors at nearby hospitals said.
Israel said its soldiers had come under fire from militants inside the school.
As reported by DEBKAfile:
Sixth Israeli soldier killed in Gaza, UNWRA school used as Hamas firing position
An Israeli military spokesman said Israeli forces shelled the UNWRA-run school in Jebalya killing 40 Palestinians in response to mortar fire from the building.
There were secondary blasts from explosives cached inside.
The casualties included the Hamas mortar unit and several Hamas commanders who had been hiding behind the backs of the civilian refugees.
In Gaza, Hamas has abdicated its responsibilities for governance and reverted to terrorist tactics – against the Palestinian population – in order to maximize civilian casualties for horror scenes to be broadcast across the world as pressure on Israel to stop fighting.
Palestinians say whole families are locked in their homes from which Hamas open fire. Some are booby-trapped to blow up Israeli invaders with those families.
After shedding their uniforms, Hamas operatives emerge from their bunkers to seize petrol stations and ambulances and grab most of the incoming food and medical aid carried in daily by hundreds of trucks from Israel and Egypt.
Their firing stations are often located in schools. One huge explosives and weapons arsenal was uncovered next door to Shifa hospital in Gaza City. Hamas terrorists force small children to accompany them on combat missions.

This propaganda war is becoming too much noxious. I even doubt whether all of your five senses are working properly.
If so I have to pray to god to give you a sixth sense to understand the facts without a bias. A whole population is kicked out of their homeland& any resistance against the invaders is considered as illegitimate. If somebody invade your homeland, will you be ready to suffer from their hands and keep quite? I expect a minimum dignity and human values from people like you. Otherwise it will be difficult to differentiate human culture from the culture of other creatures. Don’t keep the place under your scalp as the most underdeveloped area in the world.
